Tech Lead C++/C#

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead C++/C# Developer to join our team at einnosys in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in C++/C# development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in C++/C# software development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern C++/C# programming practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with QA team to ensure code quality and resolve defects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in C++/C# software development.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
